The New Milford Education Fund’s Teacher Grants are paying off in student educational experiences. As educators spend the funding they received from NMEF, students are being provided academic opportunities above and beyond the quality education already offered at the New Milford School District.

Grants to Enhance Educational Experience For New Milford Students.
The New Milford Education Foundation has announced they will award five grants totaling $7,100 to five teachers and 3 schools throughout the district.
NMEF President, Allison Fisher experienced the grants funded from the proceeds of last year’s gala fundraiser and represent the final step in an application and review process that was open to all New Milford educational staff.
“One of our primary requirements was for each grant to finance a project that would directly and measurably enhance the educational experience of New Milford Students,” Fischer said. “We are satisfied that the grant recipients represent a wide array of noteworthy academic opportunities for our kids.”

- Jeff Bliss (DEOMS) - $343.89. Updated Health Videos.
- Betty Caruso (DEOMS) - $425.00. Preschool Animal Assembly
- Paula Daloisio (NMHS) - $900.00. Project Unify Uniforms
- Eliscia Minaya (BF Gibbs) - $640.46 Steamroller Deluxe Sensory Product
